It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 2003 Western States Association of Tax Administrators' (WSATA) Annual Conference in Austin. The conference is scheduled from Sunday, September 7, through Wednesday, September 10, at the Hyatt Regency Austin Hotel on Town Lake-a first-class but laid-back facility in the heart of the Texas Capitol.

This year, not only will we have some outstanding speakers covering all sorts of tax issues, we will have a professional development seminar each break out session. Invited speakers for all parts of the conference are the best in the business (that includes a number of you) and will hopefully inspire and motivate you!
