WSATA 2002 Discounted
Rental Car Rates
“Avis Rent A Car”
has been chosen as the official car rental agency for the 2002 WSATA Conference. Avis is providing attendees to the conference a discount over the usual rental fees should you wish to rent a car in lieu of taking the shuttle to Breckenridge. You may prefer this so that you can take some additional time to visit the wonderful sights in the beautiful Colorado Rocky Mountains; making this conference a family vacation! You can reserve your vehicle either directly online via the Internet, or you can call their toll free number directly at 1-800-331-1600. Should you choose to call, be sure to tell the customer service agent taking your reservation that WSATA has been assigned the Avis World Wide Discount Number J991417. You will need this number to take advantage of the discount. Discounted rates are applicable only from September 22nd through October 9th!
Should you choose to reserve your vehicle on line, go to www.avis.com. Select “No Wizard Number, Start Here.” Input “DEN” for the airport code. On the screen that appears, insert the date and time of pick up and the date and time you will drop the vehicle off. You also will have to insert the Avis World Wide Discount Number J991417 in the space provided. Click on “continue” and you will be taken to a page that allows you to choose the vehicle class you wish to rent. The default is a Class C vehicle, and a photo of a Grand Am will appear on the page. You can review the various other classes of vehicles at this time under “Car Group Information". Once you have decided which size vehicle you wish to rent, click on “continue” once again and the rate will appear on the next screen. You can check on the rental rates of different classes of vehicles by simply going back to the previous page and selecting a different class. Simply follow the instructions that follow to reserve the car on line. The following are the discounted rates given by Avis:
