CLIMBING MOUNTAINS
"Climbing Mountains" is this year's theme and "In today's world, we face a wide range of challenges in our journey to the summit of service: constricted resources, difficulty in recruiting dedicated employees, and growing taxpayer demands. To reach the peak of these towering mountains of obligation we must use the sharpest skills and most modern equipment, education, training, communications, and increased personal development. The climb may be rough and at times difficult but the view from the top is spectacular."
