Deleware Response to Bonus Depreciation

The provisions of the federal Job Creation and Worker Assistance Act of 2002 (P.L. 107-147) (JCWAA) will automatically be adopted for Delaware corporate and personal income tax purposes unless decoupling legislation is enacted.
