- Provide electronic capabilities to all business, individual and other customers and their authorized representatives to manage their accounts with the IRS
- On a continuous basis, electronically collect from and disseminate tax related information to payors, such as employers, and other tax authorities
- By 2007 IRS e-services will enable the agency to exceed the Congressional mandate by electronically transacting with more than 80% of U.S. taxpayers while achieving 90% customer and employee satisfaction.
