Early registration ends August 1 , 2008.

If sending more than five attendees, the sixth registration is free.

Registration forms should be Saved and/or Printed for your records using the buttons found on the form. Completed registration forms can be sent to e-mail dormsata2008@revenue.wi.gov or faxed to (608) 261-6240.
