- Customer focus is most important
All problems we have had have related directly to our relationship with our customers and all those problems have been resolved in that context rather than in the context of technology. Performance, authentication, delivery of services, ease of use etc
- Don’t underestimate the work
Thid is relatively new technology. At this stage any organisation implementing PKI are likely to be meeting issues for the first time.
- Legal and Liability - substantial
The policy and legal issues are quite substantial and time consuming. There are a few models about at the moment i.e. Australia Tax Office, Baltimore Tech. have a template model. We will soon have a model
