to inform the hotel that you are attending the Federation of Tax Administrators
(FTA) meeting to receive the conference rate. Please note that the cut-off
date for hotel reservations is May 17, 2011.

The parking fee at the hotel is $18.00 per night.
NOTE: If you do not make your room reservation by May 17, all rooms will be released and the rate will be honored if available only. Please make a room reservation even if you haven’t received the approval to attend. You can always cancel it.
