Developments in e-commerce will be featured along with state agency and provider remarks detailing both technical and business approaches. New and developing areas such as federal-state corporate, partnership, personal income and employment tax e-filing, integrated tax systems, security, and tax compliance applications are among the topics to be covered. In addition, we are seeking presentations on secure messaging, predictive analytics, and tax agency mobile applications, among others.

VENDOR EXHIBIT HALL
There will also again be a vendor exhibit hall providing a concentrated opportunity to visit with private-sector representatives about new products and services during extended hours on Monday, August 2, and Tuesday, August 3. Please reserve early as spaces will fill up rapidly.

RELATED MEETINGS
Tax Information Group for EC Requirements Standardization.
There will be a meeting of the ASC X12/TIGERS Group at the conclusion of the Technology Conference, from 1:30 p.m. August 4 through Noon on August 6. This government and industry working group develops electronic standards, and is engaged in developing XML schemas and guidance for use in tax filing for Corporate (FS1120), Partnership (FS1065), Employment (FSET), and Individual (FS1040) taxes. PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate registration fee for the TIGERS meeting.

National Association of Computerized Tax Processors.  The National Association of Computerized Tax Processors will again hold its annual meeting August 4-6 in conjunction with the FTA Technology Conference. Their meeting sessions are scheduled in Intercontinental Hotel Buckhead, across the street from the Hyatt.
