Transporation - Getting to Ketchum

Conference attendees have numerious options for traveling to the Sun Valley Conference Center in Ketchum.

Fly into Hailey's Friedman Airport (SUN)
Both Horizon Air (Alaska Airlines) and SkyWest (Delta Connection) have several direct flights from Los Angeles, Seattle, and Salt Lake City. Check with your travel agent or reservations website for connections to fly into Sun Valley (SUN) airport. The Conference Center provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the local airport. Contact the hotel for shuttle service 800-786-8259. The airport is 14-milles.

Fly into Boise
Located 153 miles from Sun Valley Conference Center, Boise Airport (BOI) has many more flight options. Most major rental car companies operate out of Boise Airport. Check with your travel agent or reservations website for flight and rental car options. Note, Avis rental cars can returned to the Sun Valley Conference center with no additional drop-off-charge.

Sun Valley Stages operates bus service between Boise and Sun Valley (Fall schedule is upon request). Tickets are $50 per person one-way. Make reservations by calling 800-574-8661 or visit their website at www.sunvalleystages.com.
