Conference Hotel

The conference will be held at the Sun Valley Conference Center, Sun Valley, ID 83353. The Center has two hotels and several multi-room condos available within a comfortable walking distance.

Reservations
All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel's Reservation number 1-800-786-8259, tell the reservation clerk that you are attending the FTA conference to receive the special rate. Or,

Sun Valley Inn

The Inn provides 109 rooms and is adjacent toresort’s new state of the art Convention Center. Guest rooms are newly remodeled. Dining opportunities at the Inn include the historic Ram restaurant, the new Lobby Lounge serving light fare and cocktails and the family friendly Bald Mountain Pizza and Pasta.

Sun Valley Lodge
The Sun Valley Lodge, built in 1936, was constructed from the ground up with every amenity a skier could possibly imagine and includes 148 rooms. Inside guests enjoy Gretchen's Restaurant, the elegant Lodge Dining Room, the Duchin Lounge named for Eddie Duchin. The conference center is a short walk.

Multi-room Condos
The conference center also has several multi-room condos, a great savings for agencies sending several people. They range from small studios to 4-bedroom apartements. See reservation form for condos and rates.

Cancellation Policy
Note, reservations must be held by a deposit equal to one-nights stay. Sun Valley will charge credit cards for this deposit at the time of reservation. Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within 15 days will forfeit the entire deposit

Early registration is urged, as the block tends to fill quickly. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is August 4; reservations will be accepted on a space available basis after that date.
