Hartford's weather is
usually moderate in the early fall so expect highs averaging in the low to
mid-70's and lows in the lower 50's. Southern New England weather can vary;
it is not unusual to have temperatures in the 80's or in the 60's during the
day as we transition from summer to autumn. Nighttime can be cool to
unseasonably cold in late September; a light jacket or sweater is a must for
most evenings. Rainfall is fairly evenly distributed throughout the year,
with an average monthly rainfall of 4 inches in September. Please be
advised that New England weather can be very changeable, both in temperature
and precipitation.
Dress
The dress for the
conference is business casual except for the banquet Tuesday evening, which
will be semi-formal.
