Uniformity Bus Trip to NYC 

UPDATE as of September 4, there are still 19 seats available for the trip to New York City on Saturday, September 20.  If you have an interest in that trip, please reserve your seat and make your payment ASAP.

The host jurisdiction of Connecticut is pleased to offer an excursion for a day of "on your own" sightseeing to New York City.  The trip will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2008, after the conclusion of the Uniformity Meetings taking place that morning.  The bus will depart from the Hartford Hilton Hotel at approximately 11:00 a.m. and will return to the hotel at approximately 10:30 p.m.  There will be multiple drop off points in Manhattan to allow for a variety of sightseeing experiences.  You will have ample time for browsing, shopping, and dining.

Space is limited, so sign up today!  Join us for a day of sightseeing in the shopping, business, and entertainment capital of the world!  Visit any of the world renowned museums, the Empire State Building, or the Statue of Liberty.  Stroll or shop along Fifth Avenue.  Enjoy the excitement that is Times Square, the crossroads of the world!

Please be advised that the trip to the Mohegan Sun Casino on Monday, September 22 is SOLD OUT.  If you have paid for this trip and did not reserve a seat before it was sold out you will be refunded the $20.00 fee by check.  If there is sufficient interest and the tour company can accommodate us, we may elect to secure a second bus.  As of September 4th, we do not have a standby queue substantial enough to warrant a second bus.  Please e-mail Daryl.Ostergren@po.state.ct.us to inquire about the status of a second bus.

 Mohegan Sun Bus Trip
