TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING
The airport, Kansas City International Airport (MCI), is one
of the largest airports in the United States. Numerous companies provide
shuttle bus services to and from Kansas City. You may use KCI Shuttle
at http://www.kctg.com/kcishuttleindex.html.
The Hyatt has service from 4:30 am-6:30 pm approximately every 30 minutes, as does the Westin. For transportation to the hotel, there are three ticket counters in each terminal:
- Terminal A - adjacent to baggage claim at gates 1, 15, and 30
- Terminal B - gates 31, 50, and 60
- Terminal C - gates 61, 72, and 80
You can go to any white courtesy phone and dial 5000 to be connected. A one-way ticket from the airport to the hotel is $16.00/person and a round trip ticket is $27.00/person. Taxi service is a flat rate from the airport to the Hyatt hotel of $35.00 via Yellow Taxi (only). Other taxi companies charge a flat rate per person plus a per mile charge.
Hotel parking is $13.50 self-park, $16.50 for valet.
