The Multistate Tax Commission
("MTC") seeks to fill its Law Clerk position for the Summer of 2002 -- approximately
for fourteen weeks in duration (flexible). The Law Clerk will work at the
headquarters office of the Multistate Tax Commission, 444 North Capitol Street,
NW, Suite 425, Washington, DC, 20001. The Law Clerk will assist in developing
responses to legal matters under the reporting supervision of the MTC General
Counsel who is located in the Denver, CO, area and Director of the National
Nexus Program who is located in the DC office. The MTC is an equal opportunity
