Registration fees for this year's conference are as follows:

Online registration is no longer available. Anyone wishing to register will need to do so in person at the conference.
Sponsors - Each sponsoring company is entitled to one complimentary registration. Additional registrants are charged the rate for Industry Representatives. For more information about sponsorships.
