FTA has introduced a State Tax Forms app for the iPad (note, there is no android version). This page gives directions on installing in using the app. Or, see the simple install options:

Simple Install Option:

1. Open the app in Mobile Safari and follow the directions on the pop-up icon.

To install the app:

1. Load the app in Mobile Safari, by following this link.
2. Select "Save to Home" in Browser [see image left], and type in name you would like to use.
3. Close Browser window.
4. The State Tax Forms icon will appear on your iPad home page.

To use the app:

1. Tap on the icon to start the program
   [note, program will load without internet connection, but links will not load]
2. Tap on state name to see state links.
3. Select link - safari browser will open to show state link.

To remove app:

1. Tap and hold finger on program icon.
2. Icon will begin shaking.
3. Select the "x" at the corner of the icon to delete.
4. Press the Home button to end edit session.
