Welcome to FTA's Online Motor Fuel Tax Section Directory. The directory is maintained by personnel in each state and FTA staff. Every effort is made to keep it updated. However, see below for information on correcting errors or adding new persons.

Search by Function. This option lets the user list individuals in all states (plus federal agencies and industry) by various functions. Note: some individuals can be assigned several functions, and will be listed under each applicable function. Additional information can be found under the detailed view. The functions available are:

• Primary Motor Fuel Contact
• Primary Motor Carrier Contact
• Audit
• Enforcement (Criminal Investigative)
• EDI Contact
• FTA Uniformity Committee Contact
• Joint Federal/State Motor Fuel Tax Compliance Project Contact

Search by State. This option lets the user list individuals in each state. States agencies can be selected from the menu bar on the left or from the map on the front page.

Detailed View. This view lists more detailed information on an individual, and can be viewed by clicking on the name in either the function search view or the state search view. Administrators, if logged-on can edit records from this view. This option will bring up additional detail, including:

• State & Agency
• Function
• Name
• Title
• Email address
• Phone number
• Fax number
• Date the the record was last updated, and
• any special notes

Administrator Option. This option allows state administrators to log-on so that they may be able to make changes to any records. Once logged-on, an administrator may create new records or edit/delete existing records from the detailed view.

Others can obtain a list of the administrators for each state.

Correcting any errors. If you discover an error in the information, please contact the proper administrator for the state agency where you found the error. (A complete list is available under the administrative menu options.) If the error is for a federal agency, an industry representative, or if there is no state administrator listed; contact one of the FTA representatives on the administrator list.
